• In the Segway Ninebot App, scroll down to the bottom, tap on (More functions)—>(Custom Settings of Sport Mode)—>turn on Sport Mode, then set Max Speed to 22mph.

• Double click 3 separate times on scooter to change modes from Eco to D to S. Then in app move scroller max speed to 22mph. Turn on S mode in app first.

• Go to the app that comes with your scooter. The slider will limit to 20 mph. The D model is the only one that goes 16 mph due to German laws. Let the Ai calibrate then you can change it to 22 mph. Stay safe

• Customer service told me to ride it for 3.2 miles then it will unlock the max speed of 22mph. Mine does not go over 16mph when the max speed is set to 20mph, I don't know why.
