Can it go 22 mph for 43 miles? null

No it cannot. There is a disclaimer about these specs on the official Segway website, and they explain how those numbers were achieved. There are also tons of review videos on YouTube for this model. I am 5-11 and 200 lbs, and I was only able to go 20 MPH on FLAT ground, with the speed mode UNLOCKED and with the battery at 85%. Its a great scooter if you avoid hills, and are of a smaller stature. Its also a great scooter for someone my size on flat ground, and you must be willing to "zig-zag" to get up hills.

I wouldnt say 43 miles, if you are using top speed a lot(sport mode)...More like 25 miles in my estimation...The scooter has 3 speed modes...The sport mode drains the battery most and gives you top speed of the scooter with quicker acceleration. Hope this helps.

If you are sports mode it does not. In economy mode you might but max speed is 8 miles per hour and even then it depends on weight and weather conditions.
