“my scooter will power on but when i push myself and press on the throttle it wont go. what do i do? do i have to go in store to get it checked, replaced, or fixed?”

I purchased 2 scooters, this happened to 1 of them. I went faster then the minimum speed for it to operate and it would not move faster than 2 mph. The app was downloaded, deleted, and downloaded again for the same result. I returned the item and went to another store to purchase it again. The new scooter worked as it should

Please try again later.It has a minimum speed you need to push up to in order activate the throttle (guessing this is where the 'kick' part comes in), which you can adjust down to a flat 0mph in the app (which is a bad idea because you don't want it to jolt away from you while standing still) hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t know as I bought the scooter as a gift for my brother. He had similar difficulties. You have to download the segwat app to operate the scooter. There are several excellent instructional videos on YouTube and after watching them he was able to operate the scooter. So I encourage you to do the same.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your scooter needs to be moving at least 3 miles per hour in order for your scooter to power on. You can adjust your settings to 0 and then when you press the throttle it will power on immediately.
