Great question... If your cable is small enough, you can put it through the front fork between the wheel and the frame, just above the axle. If yours wont fit in that tight area, you will have to wrap it several times around the stem and the angled part of the frame....but a determined thief with enough time WILL be able to manipulate the scooter out of the cable if you leave them enough slack, so make sure its wrapped really tight to an immovable object.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The standard ways of locking this up is the same manner as the Segway G30 Max. If you google this, you will see the three or four choices for locking methods. I would never rely upon the app "alarm" function. it relies upon someone rolling it (I know this is true with the G30 Max) I think if someone just picks it up, the alarm will not go off. I would link it to any apple account even if you have an Android, as you can locate it like a lost Iphone. There are quite a few Youtube videos showing you the locking options, and yes there are devices that mount to the "stem".
