Specifications say the max weight capacity is 220 pounds. What would happen if someone heavier than 220 tried to use it? Will it just be slower? null

Someone that tipped the scales around 260 said they felt it was slower going up a graded driveway. Cruising around they felt the extra weight was not a factor. Have nothing to compare battery life if someone over the suggested 220 has an effect. Not sure for the suggested weight limit other than battery life seems construction of scooter was Stough enough to carry weight. The range of rider's weight from 160 to 260.

The units are always to be ridden within the required rider limit as it will affect the unit differently.
