• A:Answer Hi - after activation our scooters are 'locked' or binded to the individual that activated the scooter. We do this to minimize theft. To 'unlock' the scooter, you first must unbind the product from the original person that activated the scooter. Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionHave you considered offering an optional seat that that could be easily attached and removed? I have seen quality scooters with the optional seat and it's a nice feature for certain types of leisure travel, especially for older adults. Thank you.
