Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. How do I reset the Sengled Smart Bluetooth Mesh LED bulb? First, there is very little reason to reset a Sengled Smart Bluetooth LED bulb. If the bulb is having difficulty being setup or if the bulb is unresponsive, check for the following first: Verify that the bulb is in a powered socket. Verify that is it in a compatible fixture. Sengled Smart Bluetooth Mesh LED bulbs, like most LED bulbs, cannot be used on wall dimmers, ceiling fan fixtures or 3-way lamps. Furthermore, Sengled Smart Wi-Fi LED bulbs, like almost all LED bulbs, cannot be used in enclosed fixtures. Due to humidity concerns, the Sengled Smart Wi-Fi LED bulbs are not meant to be used outdoors. To reset a Sengled Bluetooth Mesh bulb, start with the bulb in the on position. Turn it off/on five times in quick succession where off/on counts as one time. If done properly, the bulb will flash three times and then blink one. If it does not flash three times, you will have to try again. Once successfully reset, please try to pair it in your Alexa app again. Note: Sometimes, an Echo device will say it did not discover a new device when it in fact did—a false fail. To that end, please try giving an all lights off command to see if the bulb did in fact add. All you would have to say is, "Alexa, turn all lights off." If the bulb in question responds, it did add back.
