• No. It only syncs with audio. There are other products that have a camera or light-sensor that's pointed at the screen to allow screen color sync. This one just pulses with the audio. The color is NOT synced with what's on the screen.

• Yes thru the Sengled app. Works great and less expensive than Philips Hue.

• These do not sync up with the TV like the Phillips Hue. The Phillips Hue also requires a Sync-Box for you to have that option.
