• The PX 100 and HD 238 (the one you pictured) are both assembled in China. The transducers come from Ireland, and the designwork was done in Germany.

• I don't know where they are made nowadays, but I think they used to be made in Germany.

• Made in China and very cheap product - almost all plastic except for metal band inside the frame. Based on reviews I was expecting superb quality - well, this is budget cheap in construction.
