A: The PX 100 and HD 238 (the one you pictured) are both assembled in China. The transducers come from Ireland, and the designwork was done in Germany.
Q: If you could only have one pair of Sennheiser headphones, which one would you have?
A: Go for the 558 or 598 line. They sound absolutely superb and are affordable if you search.
Q: i NEED THIS FOR MY AMP NOT A pc DOES IT COME WITH THE APPLICABLE PLUG NOT THE MINI PC PLUG?
A: I am a guitarist, so I have to assume you are talking about a guitar amp(?). As you may know, you can easily purchase an adapter (a few dollars) for a quarter-inch output jack that your amp would have. I bought my Senheisers years ago, and back then the package did not include the adapters, but maybe they do now. Though I doubt it, as you would probably see them in the product photos. But either way, be careful running a high-impedance signal from an amp through these!! You'll blow them! ....not to mention your ears.
Q: Are the PX100 or 200 compatible with windows based PC?
A: Works with my windows 8.1 laptop just fine. Just beware that the cord is shortish.
Q: does best buy sell any headphones that are made in the usa?
A: I believe grado labs and westone both are made in the usa
