“Do these come with a microphone to use during phone call?”

The microphone is in the ear buds. Ive been told people can hear me better than when I use my phone.

Yes, they do have a microphone for telephone conversations. I have used them to video chat with my girlfriend in the Philippines. She seems to be able to hear me just fine!
