“To HD 800 or not to HD 800, that is the question! I only listen to music on my iPhone 6s and have been very drawn to the HD 800 from all of the reviews on their sound quality. However, from what I can tell, the HD 800s are not REALLY made for use with an iPhone and really need an amplified type of system. I'm looking for the BEST of the BEST to use with my iPhone. if the HD 800s are not them, THEN WHAT IS????”

You don't need $1500 headphones for a $2 music source. If you're not going any further with upgrading your source then just stop right there. Sony has some decent wireless cans at $230. Bose and Beats are $300 and $380. But I have two pair that I like more. Sennhieser Momenums M2, and Bang and Olufsen H6. Either of these will bring better life to your digital music collection.
