A:AnswerThere is a known issue with the charge box. After awhile it will stop charging your buds. The same has happened to mine. I can't find where you can order just a charge box. Nor have I found where the company will replace it. Very deceptive on their part, since the issue was identified a long time ago. So all those review that are just a month or three old, don't really count for anything. Only the ones a year or two ago tell the truth.
A:AnswerNo, they are water resitant but not water proof. Check the waterproofing scale. These are rated IXP4 which allows them to be exposed to water little more than sweat, but nowhere near the IXP7-9 rating required for swimming with them. There are earbuds for swimming and these aren't them.
