“not working hi there my cx 300 sennheiser is not working on the left side. i just used it couple of months. i love its sounds specially the bass. but for no reason it just happend. pls help me i love sennheiser. maybe if i can return it and use my credit im going to upgrade my headphone for the same brand.”

• Hello- All Sennheiser headphones carry a 2 year warranty when purchased from Best Buy, as they are an authorized dealer. You may contact the manufacturer via their website.
