QuestionI work 8 hours a day 5-6 days a week. After work i am a manicurist and artist and I sit for long period of times in a day. My chairs often get flat at the seat too quick, this bares 350 lbs. but how long does the cushion last before it goes flat.

- Answer This is a rugged chair; however, it is for big and tall people. If you are shorter than 5'7" then it is not for you. Your feet will not touch the ground.

QuestionI bought this chair for its Brand name. It is comfortable after 3 months. How do I STOP it from RUNning out from under Me? I have wheel holes in my walls and arm marks too. I also had to heal for a Week the last time.

- Answer Stop using it like a recliner. It’s NOT A RECLINER. Go buy a lazy boy if you want a recliner. This is an office chair. You should not lean back more than 3/4 of its total reclining movement if you don’t want it to run away.
