- Answer I would like to know too, but the problem is the phone just constantly send you overseas. So how do we know if we can get our phones switched over anymore, and whoever is answering these questions is not really quite with the program.

- Answer Yes the service is free and the associates will assist you. One must understand that in some circumstances some apps maynot transfer completely. Some game apps may not transfer if for example you are at a level in a game. It maynot transfer to that point.
