QuestionIf you have 3 Roku smart tv's on the same wall, would you be able to control one tv at a time or it would turn all 3 off and on? I want to set up my basement and have 3 tv's, all the same brand that have roku built in.

- Answer You can group the devices together for certain commands and you can also control them individually should you wish to.

- Answer Hi PJSAZ, Smart Remote will be able to control your Pioneer AVRs via infrared only. If they are in a media closet, we recommend adding an IR repeater to your setup so it works with Smart Remote.

QuestionI just purchased a TCL 43" roku tv (wifi compatible). I believe the infrared on the tv is broken. Can this remote control the roku tv via wifi?

- Answer Hi, thanks a lot for sharing your question here. Smart Remote can control Roku via Wi-Fi as a set-top box only so you won't be able to turn off and on your TV with it. You will only be able to send these commands via infrared.

- Answer Hi Tampajosh, thanks a lot for asking your questions here. Smart Remote does not include RF, it is compatible with TVs only via infrared or BLE and they are Android TV. I confirm Technics receivers are in our database and that you would be able to control it via infrared with Smart Remote.

- Answer Hi Saidy, this model is not part of our database yet but you have an infrared remote to control it you can learn its code via IR learning to control it with Smart Remote.

- Answer Hi Hideout, thanks a lot for asking your question here. Smart Remote does not include an IR Blaster so it needs to be in line of sight with your IR devices. However, adding IR repeaters to your setup will definitely work with Smart Remote.

QuestionSpectrum user in Maine with Apple TV, Samsung smart tv, and Sony DVR. My spectrum tv remote has terrible range. Very annoying pointing it right at the cable box from >15 feet. What is your device range ?

- Answer Hi Notso, thanks a lot for asking your question here. Smart Remote will control your Spectrum device via infrared. The range of the infrared will depend on your device's infrared receiver performance. I would recommend to try it.

- Answer Hi, This is indeed possible with Smart Remote with the use of an IR receiver. You can also use it to send signals to the devices that are non wifi compatible.
