“Say it isnt so! Worked great, filter 85% left, suddenly OFF, wont turn back on. No storm. But Shark is a solid brand. New battery in remote. Moved outlet. No sign of life but Its like new! Is there a reset button? Help!”

Same thing happened to me. Now I have a expensive huge piece of trash to take out..

Please try again later.There isn’t a dedicated reset button on the Shark MAX Air Purifier, Heater & Fan, but unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in may help. Ensure the power cord is securely connected and try a different outlet to rule out electrical issues. Holding the power button on the unit itself for about 10 seconds may also trigger a reset. If the filter isn’t properly installed, the unit may not turn on, so double-check its placement. If the issue persists, contact Shark customer support at 1-800-365-0135 for further assistance.
