• We would like to let you know that the robot can easily climb over obstacles and thresholds up to 3/4". If there are areas that your robot cannot reach, you may have to lift it over the threshold or move the dock to another room.

• I haven’t had any issues with my shark entering into other rooms. We have some thick rugs that it is even able to clean (that our handheld can’t even clean!) so I would say you’d probably be safe! They also have a great return policy and on-call help from Shark if anything happens :)
