With this unit the robot will self empty into the Base so there is no need to empty the dust cup after each cleaning. The Base Dust Bin holds up to 30 days' worth of dust and debris. Empty the bin when the debris level approaches the max fill line. It is recommended to check the filters, side brushe and brushroll regularly to ensure that the do not require cleaning.
