“We've had the Shark Air Purifier 6 for several months. It's always been in the 100% zone. Today, it's been running for hours in the yellow and red modes. It's not getting into the clean zone. Can you tell me why?”

Try to move it to a different location. If it’s close to the kitchen it will get into the yellow/ red zone.

We recommend that these get changed every 6-12 months for your air to be purified effectively.
