I just bought mine like a month and a half ago and the second week I had the same issue, it won’t go more than 0% , did your get fixed ?

Please try again later.I’m not sure how you would reset, but I contacted covid when I first got it and it detected bacteria in the air when I lived upstairs and it was 0% till the 4th day, and thats also when I started feeling better and got to 100% by the 5th day. I thought something was wrong with mine but because I had 2 of them 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs, they were both identical percentage when I was sick. But all together it took 6 days to complete cleaning the air.
