Pros: The vaccum Shark Apex has the best design, the double action made for front roller combined with the motorizaded brush and the awesome suction power, make this vaccum outstanding, definitely the best cleaning results you can get... But wait, please read cons. Cons: The quality is the worst you can get, for a $450 vaccum... After 2 months of used it will start to fall apart, if you return to the Best Buy store you will figure out this vaccum does not have a guarantee. If you purchased the extended warranty then they will charge you another $55 to renew your warranty. In less than a year changed 3 vaccums already... I love the cleaning performance but I cannot keeping loosing my money buy this cheap piece of garbage...

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is by far the best vacuum I have bought , I have 4 dogs and I have been through so many they don’t last me 6 months . This one still hasn’t clogged up it has so much power I am so glad I bought this one not to mention I did get the extra warranty with Best Buy with anticipation that I will need it but so far this gets 5 stars all the way for me
