“Best Buy list this as model AZ1002. On Sharks website, it appears the AZ1002 comes with the TruePet upgrade. Best Buy does not list this upgrade. Can you please advise if this upgrade is included or if the model number is incorrect?”

• It does come with the additional pet power brush. However, it isn't that huge package you see on Shark's website, with the mop and everything. Only difference is the added pet brush, base model does not have that. (AZ1000W)
