“What size are the pads and how do they connect? By the pictures, it appears to be velcro, or some clip-on string at each end. I've seen that the newer models "click" into a tray.... but it doesn't appear this one does that. Anyone? Thanks!”

• The pads are rectangular and they slip on over the steamer base. The ends of the pad that you use to slip on have secure corner edges and the final secure system is strong velcro. They have worked great as I use mine often and wash pad after each use.

• It hold the pads by the sticky tape

• These go on like a pillowcase and attach with Velcro closures
