  • QuestionWhy is the filter light still blinking after I installed a new filter for the shark clean sense 500 model number HE1FKPRO?

    • Answer Hi Barb. If the filter light on your air purifier continues blinking after you've installed a new filter, we advise to reset the filter indicator manually. To do this, press and hold the Filter Life button on the control panel for 3 seconds until the light turns off. Make sure the new filter is properly installed and seated in the unit. If it’s not aligned correctly, the system may not recognize it. You can also try turning off the air purifier, unplugging it for about 30 seconds, then plugging it back in to clear any lingering alerts. If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-855-427-5127 for further assistance.

    • Answer I can’t stand the smell of cat litter, even if it’s fresh and used for a day. I think the unit helped some but cleaning twice a day, and combining different litters to make the “perfect” litter has helped more. Hope this helps.
