• Hello BJEM, When cleaning the vacuum, we do not recommend using any type of liquid. To remove hair/debris from the motorised pet brush, we recommend using scissors. Please be careful not to cut the bristles. To clean out the dust cup, we recommend wiping it out with a dry cloth. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team

• I’ve used a damp cotton rag that I move through the brush area behind the roller brush and I work it back and forth then simply pull it out all the way through when I’m done.
