“I've never had a cordless battery operated vacuum. How does one charge the battery if there's no charging doc? Any ideas how much battery replacements are should it stop charging?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It comes with a charging cord. Plug it in and the light indicator will tell you when it is fully charged. I’m not sure about how long the battery will last but you can buy replacement batteries on the Shark website.
