“It did not have suction today and I took the bottom part off and it was full of hair and was blocked, I removed it all and put the bottom part back on. But on the ends of the brush and the wheels there is hair wrapped and no way to remove it.”

To remove hair from the brushroll and wheels, turn the locks counterclockwise with a coin to lift off the cover. Clear any blockages and carefully remove hair wrapped around the ends of the brush and wheels. When finished, replace the cover by sliding inserts into the slots, pressing down firmly, and turning the locks clockwise until they click into place.
