• The Shark DuoClean lift away models have the red soft brush. My NV801 has it.

• Hello Roger, We would like to inform you that the Shark® DuoClean® Powered Lift-Away Speed™ (NV801) Bagless Upright Vacuum is equipped with two brushrolls. It features a bristle brush to deep clean carpets, and an additional soft brushroll to pull in larger particles and directly engage floors for a polished look. With this being said, the DuoClean® floor nozzle is not compatible with previous Shark® Lift-Away vacuums that do not have the DuoClean® technology. We hope this information helps.
