“How do you fully discharge the battery to condition it. The unit keeps going back to the dock when it is low but it is not fully discharged.”

• Hello Sher, We would like you to know that you do not need to condition the ION battery in the Shark - ION™ 750 App-Controlled Robot Vacuum. We would like you to know that it is normal for the vacuum to return to the dock when the battery is low. This is usually around an hour of cleaning. We hope this information helps. • The unit will clean for an hour and return to it's dock regardless of how much battery life is left. Since it runs in a random pattern, and not a direct rout, returning to dock on a half-charge insures that it will be able to make the trip. This helps with larger cleaning areas.
