“Is this safe to use on laminate flooring? And, does it include a "dust" mode without using steam?”

• Model that I recently purchased does not have the dust mop option but, I use it on laminate and hardwood and I’m ceramic tile with no problem.

• The dust mode is light steam, not no steam. You would need to check the specifications of your flooring to see if steaming is recommended.
