- Answer If you have deep grout it should be pretreated before using the Shark Lift-Away Pro Steam Pocket Mop for the best results.

- Answer I've used in numerous homes I was cleaning. The lift away part, does drapes and upholstry, AS WELL AS SPOTS ON CARPET!!! SPOTS DISAPPEAR INSTANTLY! Homeowners were AMAZED!!!

- Answer I used the steamer for my couch and it did a wonderful job. Used the lift away feature. While there is no way to suction excess water caused by the steam, it does take a little longer to dry.

- Answer It works great on mine. I think there are some warnings regarding the finish or sealer you have on your floor but the shark website should have those. I know they are included in the instructions.
