I purchased this steamer to clean hardwood floors and granite countertops. The upright unit povides a good floor cleaning, and the lift away unit provides an excellent portable granite countertop cleaning via the lift-away feature. I have never had a shortage of stream. The attachments also work well to steam clean upholstery and to remove stains from carpet.

The shark cleans well, the only thing that I dislike is when I first used it the lint from the cotton pad was visible . And when you use the detachable steamer tools , make sure to clean the areas with steam immediately , if not you will have a hard stain .

We recently got two puppies and the floors started to get really dirty (to the point where we starting noticing odor). We were bathing the dogs but the floors needed something extra. We have laminate flooring. We use it on low setting once a week. It has helped significantly. So far no damage to laminate but time will tell.

Works great and cuts out most of the work! I have four children and a dog so regular moping just does not cut it. This also works great for steaming clothes.

I bought this because I had a gift card I had not used and been looking for something to clean my floors better. Read some reviews on this and decided to give it a try. It's worked so well. Finding that I don't have to clean my floors as much because it picks up everything. A great buy at a great price, even without a gift card.

I am a huge fan of anything Shark and this steamer did not disappoint. Super easy to use and barely any effort and the floors look amazing. We just moved into a new house and it was gross but the steamer did an amazing job. So happy with it, highly recommend.

We use this mop frequently on our new tile floor. The mop heats quickly and does an excellent job cleaning then floor. There are two pads included and we plan to pick up a few more.

Did the job great. With a little elbow grease, bleach/vinegar and toothbrush on the grout floor looked like brand new. Marble counter tops, bath tile, all sanitized. Great to soothe the conscious of the ocd epidemic of people who like sanitizing. I'm not one of them yet my client was happy and she thought I was some kind of a mr.clean. we ended up dating, after we took care of the business side 1st of course. Highly recommend easy, portable (excluding cord), little storage room needed.

I use nothing but a steam mop on my floors both tile and hardwood. Shark gets the job done. Great easy to use product.

Cleans better than I expected and as good as I hoped. I have no carpet so 2000 square feet can be a task to clean especially with different floor surfaces. No complaints. Lightweight and easy to manage. The only thing that can make it better is if it did without me, prescheduled routine and recharged itself-like the vacuum.

The steam gets the dirt and grime off the floor and the extra shot of steam woorks great on stuck on dirt.

My second Shark product and I was not disappointed. Great steamer, easy to use, very versatile.

Easy to use and has a number of great features. Hand held feature allows for cleaning small areas, steps, closets or you can steam clean drapes, curtains, drapes or simply steam your clothing to remove wrinkles ... Does a thorough cleaning job on tile floors and hardwood floors.

I would recommend this product to anyone but especially people with children and pets. This thing is awesome for cleaning anything from the bathroom to the kitchen (just change or wash the pads between rooms). The best part is everything is cleaned and essentially sanitized with nothing more than steam. I no longer use any chemical cleaners (except in the toilet). It lifts away just about anything with limited effort. Since I am no longer using chemicals I don't have to worry about my kids or pets accidentally getting into them. I also don't have to worry about what the cleaner or chemical product is doing to the environment. Absolutely a must have, I highly recommend buying extra pads.
