If you get a new phone, you can still use your Shark Matrix Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum without any issues. Just download the SharkClean app on your new device and log in with the same account you used before. Once logged in, your vacuum’s settings, maps, and schedules should sync automatically.

Download the app to your new phone. Some phones transfer apps when you switch. You may or may not have to remap, etc. also. Not a deal breaker for me!

Youll just have to sign into yor shark app and all your info should be there.

The Shark app and data will move to the new phone when you transfer your apps and data to the new phone.
