Just download the SharkClean app on your new device and log in with the same account you used before. Once logged in, your vacuum’s settings, maps, and schedules should sync automatically.

QuestionAlthough a previous question asked about cat litter,it doesn't look like it was actually answered. This is specifically about the litter that cats track out of the litter box. They are not clumps. Has anybody tested it on that type of debris on tile?

- Answer We would like to let you know that the Robot can only map one level. You can manually put the robot on another level to clean then once it is finished you would need to manually put the robot back on the dock.

- Answer It does a pretty good job of picking up small pieces. Large pieces, like artificial greenery, can get stuck in the bottom brush and cause a notification to clean it out.
