- Answer Jnich Thank you for your question. In terms of capacity, there are no differences between the Shark, models NV70 and NV71, as they are from the same series. QuestionThe bottom roller cover plate is assembled with Torx screws and it's near impossible to find a tool to fit into the screw wells to remove them, so access to the roller and drive belt is impossible so this expensive vaccum cleaner is very short lived

- Answer It does not slide all the way under a bed due to the attached dirt canister. That aside it's so great for dog hair I can work around that by moving the bed some or using a dust mop.
