QuestionThe Best Buy site says all these attachments are included "Pet TurboBrush, dusting brush, crevice tool, long-reach hose, motorized floor-brush nozzle" however we didn't get the Pet TurboBrush in ours. Does it actually come with it or is the website wrong?

Questionmy shark navigator the brush roller stopped working. How can I fix it .

- Answer Try cleaning the roller if there is anything caught. Most likely a bad sensor that turns it on/off, but good luck dealing with customer service. They hung-up on me once, and the second time they told me the handle that broke is not covered and I would have to pay for a replacement part.

- Answer We would like to inform you that this vacuum does have a belt to drive the brushroll With this being said, the vacuum's intelligent electronic system will shut off the power nozzle motor to avoid belt wear if you block the brush roll with a large object such as a sock or carpet edge. Simply turn off the power, unplug the vacuum, remove the obstruction, and then return to vacuuming.
