  • Questionmy shark navigator the brush roller stopped working. How can I fix it .

    • Answer Try cleaning the roller if there is anything caught. Most likely a bad sensor that turns it on/off, but good luck dealing with customer service. They hung-up on me once, and the second time they told me the handle that broke is not covered and I would have to pay for a replacement part.

    • Answer We would like to inform you that this vacuum does have a belt to drive the brushroll With this being said, the vacuum's intelligent electronic system will shut off the power nozzle motor to avoid belt wear if you block the brush roll with a large object such as a sock or carpet edge. Simply turn off the power, unplug the vacuum, remove the obstruction, and then return to vacuuming.

    • Answer Hello Stewin, We would like to inform you that the brushroll, for the Shark Navigator® Lift-Away® Bagless Upright Vacuum is not removable. To clean the brushroll, press the Lift-Away button to remove the floor nozzle from the main body of the vacuum. Turn the floor nozzle over to get access to the brushroll.
