- Answer No. It’s hard to push..... and opening the suction valve to make it easier defeats the purpose of having a powerful vacuum. You’re just turning down the suction and it doesn’t pick up as well.

- Answer 5 years EXCEPT Non-durable parts including, without limitation, filters, brushes, and electrical parts which normally require replacement are specifically excluded. You also have to ship the entire unit to them, and pay them a check to send it back. Since the vacuum *IS* electrical parts and the brush, the warranty is pretty useless. Mine failed after 3 years and it would cost more to fix it that buy a new one, even with the warranty. Maybe the BEST BUY warranty would be better.
