I had the same problem multiple times on this unit. Every time they replaced it, it still had the same problem. For replacement units later I bought a Roomba.

Please try again later.If the robot's dust cup is full or the openings are blocked by dirt or hair, the vacuum's suction can decrease, leading to incomplete emptying into its base. We recommend empting the robot dust bin and checking the evacuation ports on both the base and the robot. Clear out any debris or obstructions from all openings.
