Multi-floor mapping is not supported in the current version of the SharkClean® app. However, you may bring your robot to an unmapped area of your home to run a Matrix clean (5x5 spot). To do this, place the robot in the desired 5x5 spot and hold the Clean button for 5-7 seconds.
