What is the warranty policy? null

5 year limited warranty - not transferable.

If I remember correctly, it is 5 year limited warranty.

From what I read of the material that came with this item, there is a 5-year manufacturer warranty. You would have to contact Shark directly and not the store from which you bought it, unless you purchased some sort of product insurance from the store.
