- Answer It is a bit heavy. It's easy to use one handed on floors, but if you're going to use it on drapes or walls, you'll need to use both hands.

- Answer One difference is the color. But the real difference is just in the included accessories. If you google "shark rocket complete HV320 versus HV322" you should find a page with a table of the accessories with each model. IMHO, the 321 is the best value - I wanted the wand tool and the motorized brush. - Answer Yes, both brushes turn at the same time. In my opinion it won't damage the carpet. I have used it on multiple types of flooring all with great results.

QuestionI was surprised to see that Consumer Reports did not consider the 381 effective at filtering emissions. However CR liked the model 321 on emissions. What type of filter do the 321 and 381 have?

- Answer Can't speak for the 321 but the 381 has three filters a foam one, a felt one, and what I believe may be a charcoal filter. I have washed the foam and felt filters, but have not done anything with the other one.

QuestionCan the orange duo roller come off for ease of cleaning?

- Answer Yes, It has a quick release catch on the left side. I took mine off, washed it with a little detergent and water, rinsed it under the kitchen faucet and gave it about 24 hours to dry. It easily mounted by engaging the right side of the roller and clicking the left side back into its original position.

- Answer Changing the brush and rollers are easy. Press the easy to find release and they just pop out. You can clean and replace very easy. No belts to mess with. I haven’t had to replace my rollers yet, but it’s the same process. Press the button to release. Snap back in and go!
