I've used a metal coat hanger, taken apart, to use as a ramrod to get this kind of thing out.....yes, I've had that happen too
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Separate the hose from the unit and disassemble at the handle. You should be able to access the obstruction with either your fingers or by running a long handle tool through the hose.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you take the hose off of the vacuum by pressing the release in the body of the vacuum and the other where the handle goes in the tube, you can try shaking it out or using a straightened metal hanger or yard stick to push it out.
