A:AnswerYes you can go on their website and go to customer service if you need a replacement belt but I've had mine for almost four years and I'm pretty rough with it especially with the animals that I have and I've never had to replace one it still works like the first day I bought it

We do not recommend using any attachments that are not meant for Shark® Rotator® Professional Lift-Away® NV501 Bagless Upright Vacuum. Where they have not been tested, we cannot guarantee that they will work correctly.

A:AnswerYou don't Get it out or atleast i havent needed to there is two little slats that hold the hose in place you have to turn them with a coin and it opens better . make sure to uae scissors if you have hair on the roller and you can also pull any other debri if you see any.
