“I have a Shark rotator vacuum & it appears to vacuum but no dirt goes in the bag less container and it sounds like it is sucking air. What is wrong with it ? Could you send me a telephone number so I can talk to someone about my problem.”

Please try again later.Where the hoes meets the base of the vacuum there's two buttons on the side of the holes you squeeze those in the holes can be disconnected there's most likely something stuck in there it's an easy fix otherwise Google the website and they can help you
