- A:Answer We would like to let you know it is recommend to sweep your floors before using the steam scrubber. The Steam scrubber will clean your floors with steam, and stuck on dirt or light debris will be collected on the pads. This unit is not recommended for use on decks.

Q: QuestionHow do you remove the inserted handle or dissemble?

- A:Answer We would like to let you know to remove the handle there is a hole under the cord hook on the main unit where the handle attaches. You would use something like a screwdriver to push in the button that is there and pull up on the handle at the same time.

- A:Answer They won't rotate if the handle is in the straight-up position. Pop the handle downward (bent away from straight-up) and the pads will start rotating.
