A:AnswerWe would like to let you know to remove the handle there is a hole under the cord hook on the main unit where the handle attaches. You would use something like a screwdriver to push in the button that is there and pull up on the handle at the same time.
A:AnswerThey won't rotate if the handle is in the straight-up position. Pop the handle downward (bent away from straight-up) and the pads will start rotating.
