Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My vacmop pro charger fell apart not once but twice. I am not rough on my belongings at all. I always take special care of all my things. I even clean the inside and outside of my dyson, shop vac and shark vacuums...I am a tad OCD about the care and cleanliness my things. The wires inside the charger were not soldered well so my husband soldered it back together. I was pleased I have such a handy man in my life. Anyways, that fix was short lived as it fell apart again where the cord meets the round magnet part. I googled to see if other people were having issues with their charger falling apart as well....low and behold, I am not alone....There were many people complaining about their charger falling apart shortly after their purchase. Mine has been out of commission for over 6 months as i have yet to buy a new charger. Shark - You neec to do better!
