- Answer Hello, we have two types of Microwaves, we have the 24" Drawer which has dimensions width 23 7/8” x height 15 7/8” x depth 23 1/64” and the 30" Drawer width 30” x height 15 7/8” x depth 23 1/64”.

QuestionIt seems it would be hard to reach inside to clean the microwave. Can the door be removed to give better access to clean the rear and ceiling of the microwave?

- Answer Hello, the door of the unit should not be removed to clean the unit. To clean the unit you may use a lint free cloth with a non abrasive cleaner to thoroughly wipe the surface of the unit.

- Answer Hello, this unit does not use a turntable, reason being, it uses a stirrer technology to evenly dispense the heat throughout the drawer.
