• Hello, the Alexa feature is not built into the unit. The oven works with Alexa for hands-free operation using voice commands. This has to be set up through the Amazon Alexa App or an Echo device. You do not need to use this feature if you wish.

• Alexa is NOT built-in to the product. There is no microphone or speaker in this oven. It is Alexa-enabled, which means you have to set it up in the Alexa App on your mobile device and then it will respond to your voice commands issued to any Echo device you have on your smart network. If you never want to use Alexa to control this oven, don't set it up in the Alexa App.
